“Prepare to be captivated by the storytelling of a folk-inspired songwriter, yet the soul and allure of a voice rooted in jazz. Nina de Vitry is a versatile singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist. Weaving influences ranging from Amy Winehouse and Stan Getz to the modern Lake Street Dive, she manages to create a sound that is both soulful and refreshingly unique. Nina brings a tangible energy and genuine spirit to the stage as her soothing vocals meet warm guitar, tasteful percussion, and lively jazz piano.
She will be joined by some of the most talented musicians in the scene: Micah Graves on the piano, Jackson Trout on the drums, and Sam Leslie on the electric bass. Keep any eye out for her debut full length album, which she plans to release in early 2023.
In recent months Nina has performed at renowned events including the 58th Annual Philadelphia Folk Festival and the 2021 Lancaster Roots & Blues Festival. She has won international acclaim as a two-time jazz category finalist in the John Lennon International Songwriting contest.”
