WHO WILL FIRST FRIDAY FRIGHT NIGHTS AND WHAT WILL BE LEFT OF THEM?
Few things are more patriotic than gas crises, teens desperately looking for something to do, and freshly-roasted meat of definitely non-human origin. Just in time for the 4th, Zoetropolis brings you one of the most (horrifyingly) timeless, most (horrifyingly) American horror / slasher films we can think of: Tobe Hooper’s THE TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE!!

Run Time: 83 minutes
Starring: Marilyn Burns, Edwin Neal, Gunnar Hansen, Allen Danziger, Paul A. Partain

Synopsis: After a rash of nearby desecrations, Sally Hardesty (Burns), her cousin Franklin (Partain), and a few friends embark on a road trip to their Grandfather’s grave to make sure everything’s a-ok. Afterwards, a lack of gas both in the van and at the nearby gas station/bbq joint results in the gang landing at the Hardesty’s abandoned family home.  As if the unhinged hitchhiker they picked up at the start of their journey wasn’t enough, Sally and Franklin’s extended ancestral layover gets a lot longer when their friends start disappearing.
