ZACH WILLDEE
Born and raised in Massachusettes, my earliest performance came from street performing in Provincetown, MA starting at 14. I performed throughout highschool and college and once in college started running a dive bar that i performed at and honed in a lot of my early skills. In early 2016 I apprenticed with Darrell Scott my first time visiting Nashville, a legendary writer and performer who taught me a plethora of writing techniques but also showed me the city of Nashville for the first time and that was the moment that established in my mind id be moving to nashville. The first few years were spent cutting my teeth and working on my own craft but in 2020 I became homeless for 5 months, living on another songwriters couch named Tim Bolo. He taught me what true timelessness in writing was and took care of me in my worst times. I moved into the band house that I currently reside in 415 Edwin Street which changed everything for me. I was able to record in the house with my roommate recording/engineering my music and we created a community of people either recording, jamming, writing, or just hanging out at the house which is now an established pillar in the country community in nashville. From my years of traveling and street performing I’ve accumulated a vast wealth of stories and lessons ive learned and that story telling comes across in my own writing. But coming back from homelessness and straight into a music based working environment has allowed me to progress into the man and musician that I am today
OLDS SLEEPER
I am a blues and Americana musician from York, PA and play under the name Olds Sleeper. My music is a mix of originals that draws from Delta blues, old country, folk and Americana. I play banjo, resonator guitar, ukulele and guitar in a variety of styles.
I have played extensively over the central PA region—The King George Speakeasy, The GarryOwen Irish pub, Tellus 360, and Stoll Wolfe Distillery in Lititz. I was also featured at York’s Kable House Concert Series in February.
I also performed as an emerging artist at the Susquehanna folk fest and was nominated as 2021 Best Folk Band by Pennsylvania Music Hall of Fame.
