When teenager Angelo Mendez runs away from home, he encounters a world he was not prepared for at an LGBTQ homeless shelter in Los Angeles. There he meets Mila, a fellow homeless teen who helps him discover his voice. Through their shared struggles, Angelo and Mila learn about relationships and love. A dark romantic comedy that is simultaneously gritty, sweet, funny, heartbreaking and real.
