How to Pick Up Your Tickets
Please bring your order confirmation email to print your tickets at the theater kiosk right inside the main theater entrance. You can scan the QR code in your email, share your order ID or provide the credit card used to buy your ticket(s).
If you experience any issues picking up tickets, ask the ticket attendant for help.
Theater doors open 15 minutes prior to showtime for films, so please plan on arriving early. In the case of live music events the performance will start one hour after the ticket time. We allow doors to open to our concession and movie bar area for an hour before performances begin.
