It is our goal to motivate filmmakers all over the world to submit work that is personal, uncompromising, ruminative, and illuminating. Off The Reel Film Fest is not only focused on exhibition, but also education and community. Each year we curate an industry-leading panel discussion amongst our community leaders to equip our festival attendees with practical knowledge intended to turn their creative ideas into moving pictures.
