Seven years after his wife’s passing, widower/single dad Shigeharu Aoyama lets his son convince him it’s time to meet someone new. He also lets his best friend convince him the best way to find that someone is via fraudulent casting call for a TV series that doesn’t exist. Fortunately, he hits it off so well with one applicant it’s easy to overlook that her references don’t check out.
